Canada Shipped - Europe Next- Australia Update - Important Correction

Canada Complete
All orders for Canada should now have been sent out with tracking information emailed individually. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you did not receive your tracking information.
Europe Next
Fulfillment Europe informed us the palette will actually be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) with orders shipping from there. As we get better information we'll let you know.
Australia/New Zealand Update
We have heard back from VR Distribution and it appears the fulfillment files necessary to ship this out the door were not properly provided by us... hence the holdup on shipment of orders. That wasn't a VR issue, but an issue with our team not providing proper information to theirs. That issue has now been handled. We apologize for the issue. It's certainly not VR's fault and we're hopeful that, with this information now in hand, Australia and New Zealand orders will be going out the door shortly.
Important Correction
Speaking of mistakes to own, Book of Dragons' strategy section has rules for a game called "Reflections" by J. Ryan Opp . In the initial print & play there were a couple of issues with the rules as they were spelled out. They featured an earlier version of the ruleset and improperly credited the game's designer as Gil Hova (who did another game for Book of Dragons).
Ryan reached out to us to inform us of the issues in August while the game was in production. We updated the print & play and the files sent to the printer with the belief that this was done in time to update the rulebook before the game wrapped production. However, once the production version came out, it was clear that those files weren't properly updated. We're still looking into how this happened, but the bottom line is we messed up. It's certainly not fair to Ryan and we're very sorry this occurred.

US Orders Out the Door
All orders with add-ons have now been shipped with backers notified of tracking information, meaning all US orders should now be out the door.
If you have yet to receive the game itself or tracking for your order, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "BoD US Tracking" and we'll look to see if your order is shipped or if there was some other issue with it.
Thanks to everyone who emailed us previously as that helped us identify an issue that we were able to quickly resolve.
Canada Next
Canadian orders were supposed to go out with an earlier crop of orders, but are only now being sent out. We anticipate being able to wrap up shipment on those by the end of the week. If that changes, we'll let you know. When we have tracking available, we will provide it.
Orders in regions not covered by our European, Asian and Australian fulfillment centers will be handled after those.
European Shipping Update
Fulfillment Europe informs us the palette with the games is due to arrive on Monday. That means the games themselves will be shipping next week. We had a good experience with them on City of Gears which leads us to think that this will be an equally fast turnaround. Tracking information will be available for those orders once all of them have shipped out.
Australia Update
VR Distribution has had the games for a number of weeks now, but we have yet to get a confirmed timeline for when these orders will be shipped. When we have that information, we'll pass it along. We're a bit frustrated it's taken as long as it has already.

Add-Ons, Canada and Everywhere Else Update

Hey there Book of Dragons backers,
This update is a followup to last week's update dealing with US/Canada fulfillment and primarily affects those backers.
Many of you were kind enough to email us following our request in that update to let us know you hadn't received tracking information or the game as of yet.
On Friday, I compiled those requests/issues and forwarded them to our warehouse. Due to a massive snowstorm here in St. Louis, that was a shorter day than anticipated and our warehouse staff didn't have time to assess what was at issue.
Today we were able to get a better handle on what had happened. From what we saw in there, we were able to determine several things.
1) All orders with add-ons, whether those add-ons were additional copies of the game or copies of other games, had yet to be shipped out due to an oversight there.
2) Many Canadian orders had yet to be sent out as well, regardless of whether they fit this category or not.
3) This issue also applied to the small handful of "Everywhere Else" orders (orders in regions that aren't US, Canada, EU, Norway, UK, Switzerland, most of Asia, Australia, New Zealand)
In response we are sending those orders out now, as soon as possible. We expect those should all be shipped by Tuesday as there are not a large amount of orders in this category.
I went back to assist with the warehouse on some of these orders. When all such orders have gone out, we'll be emailing folks individually with tracking information. That should be provided by Wednesday.
Thanks for your patience and apologies to folks affected by the additional delay.

A couple of fulfillment and game updates to discuss here.
Fulfillment Updates
US/Canada
According to information we've received from Quartermaster, all orders for Book of Dragons have now gone out the door. They have the tracking information and are sending out those emails. If you have yet to receive tracking information, check your spam filter. If it's still not there and you ordered only a Deluxe edition, please contact them. If you ordered something else, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Book of Dragons Tracking" so we can look into it directly.
EU/UK
The games have arrived at port and are clearing customs. They are due to be received by Fulfillment Europe next week.
We used them for City of Gears and they were remarkably fast about getting the games out the door.
Australia/NZ
Our partner in this region VR Distribution has had the games for a few weeks now. They were backlogged a bit from the holiday season, but our other project with them (also City of Gears) just went out the door earlier this week. We're going to follow up to see the status of this project specifically.
Asia
These orders should be out the door now, but we need to get final confirmation from VFI Asia to know for sure.
Everywhere Else
Please follow the same instructions provided in the US/Canada Fulfillment section. These orders are coming from our warehouse here in St. Louis.
Web Link Issue
As many of you in the comments have noted, there was a QR link provided with rules that went to nowhere (https://www.greyfoxgames.com/games/bookofdragons/).
That has now been amended and that link should now direct properly to a page with rules links and a link to a printable dragon reference sheet (the Family rules are getting added shortly).
We apologize for the issue and thanks to the folks who noticed it and alerted us.
